The International Young Creative Entrepreneur (IYCE) programme has been organised in Indonesia since 2006 and so far identified 500 creative entrepreneurs; 110 of them are the finalists.
This year, the finalists of IYCE Design who is supported by the British Council wish to reconnect IYCE alumni (finalists and applicants) in a formal forum. The IYCE forum will serve as the hub to further develop programmes and activities bringing benefit to its members and the larger Indonesian creative community.
Some of the immediate activities would be to develop, launch and maintain database of IYCE alumni in the form of a website. The website would serve as a growing directory of Indonesian creative entrepreneurs. Within our Entrepreneurship projects, we plan to link you as creative entrepreneurs with organizations such as corporate, banks and government for possible partnerships.
Eleven people had been chosen to represent Indonesia internationally and five people had won. Indonesia is the only country to hold this reputation.
